HOT Slow Flow – Mix

Hot yoga classes are held a room heated to 99+ degrees, which allows for purifying, heat-building practices that stretch and strengthen safely as they detoxify and release impurities from the body. Please bring a towel and drink plenty of water before hand.
Mix classes have a varied sequence. The level and style will remain consistent, but you will move through a different series of poses each time you attend.
Participants can slow down and heat up at the same time in Slow Flow classes, and the slower pace makes these classes accessible to those new to practicing in the heat. This class is open to all levels, although some prior yoga experience is recommended.
