Dan Martier is a drummer, vocalist and composer based out of costal Carolina who accompanies the Kunga Drummers and is sought after for his adept handling of a wide range of musical styles. Currently touring as the drummer for TR3 featuring Tim Reynolds, Martier defies categorizing as he drives the groove in TR3 while covering Jazz to Industrial and Funk to Rock.

For almost a decade Martier has toured extensively with TR3 through the Untied States, Canada and Brazil. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Martier connected with drumming at a young age and immediately began playing in church and naturally progressing to school bands, marching bands and college orchestra eventually settling on a career as a professional touring and recording artist. When not touring with TR3 Martier can be found supporting any number of local and regional acts including; Birddog, the Americana duo,with his long time music partner and wife, Laura Martier, Jazz Guitatist Joe Mapp, Karl Werne and Friends and Richmond icons, The Wall-OMatics.
